Solebury School’s Hope Hall is now the first dormitory in the United States to be fully Phius certified.

Metcalfe is proud to announce that we have joined the AIA 2030 Commitment program and its goal of carbon-neutral buildings by the year 2030.

From Germantown to Devil’s Pocket, Mt. Airy to Manayunk, the Metcalfe staff has a clear appreciation of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and eccentricities – and a deep love for the place they work and (most of us) live.

Last year was a great year for us and we are anticipating an even better outlook for 2022!
