Metcalfe partnered with Eastern State Penitentiary to design their groundbreaking exhibit, Prisons Today: Questions in the Age of Mass Incarceration. This multimedia exhibit tells the stories of incarcerated Americans, extending past the historic prison’s walls to explore the impact of incarceration on families and neighborhoods. In addition to reflection and dialogue, the exhibit suggests steps for visitors to take to shape the future evolution of the American criminal justice system.
