Wawa looked to Metcalfe to visualize their immense history in the region, highlighting their work in the iron and textile industries before transitioning to dairy farming.

Metcalfe created an exhibit in Wawa’s historic Red Roof site which encompasses the immense history that the Wood family has had in the region prior to the opening of the first Wawa Store in 1964. This exhibit is meant to educate new employees, act as a waiting space for meetings and share some potentially unknown history to current and long term employees.
