Metcalfe was hired to revamp an existing nightclub venue, transforming it into a premier live music performance space. Our work reconfigured the club’s haphazard organization into a new hierarchy, with appropriate spaces for ticketing, front of house areas  (including multiple bars and patron restrooms), a new stage, and backstage infrastructure (green rooms and performer dressing rooms).

We reconfigured the existing mezzanine to create suitable sight lines to the new performance area and integrate a sound and lighting control booth. We also improved ADA accessibility and egress / life safety components of the building.
