Hayley loves transforming intimidating healthcare spaces into extraordinary environments by creating opportunities for play, respite, and positive distraction. Her own history as a lifelong cardiac patient helps inspire her to craft the best possible experience for patients and their families.

Hayley came to Metcalfe in 2016 after working for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as a project manager, patient-experience advocate, and wayfinding designer. When not in the office, Hayley spends her time having adventures with her family and “kids”—aka, her toy poodle and cat.

Hayley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design and Photography from Pennsylvania State University.
