National Constitution Center, Vision 2020

The exhibit, on display at the National Constitution Center from October 2010 through March 2011, examined the impact of the 19th Amendment on women’s personal and political rights as citizens, and explored the distance American society has traveled toward gender equality.

Drexel University College of Medicine’s Institute for Women’s Health and Leadership commissioned the project, which included a “ribbon” timeline of events, a wall of portraits and stories, and a mural collage of historic photographs, posters, and newspaper articles. Remer & Talbott served as the interpretive planner and managed the project.
