As project manager, Bradley oversees budgets, fees, deliverables, schedules, permitting, quality control…and just possibly, maybe, on occasion, a couple of other things, too. He ensures a smooth and seamless experience for Metcalfe’s clients and consultants.
Bradley directs projects of every scale, from residential renovations to college classroom and student housing projects; a select list includes the Wilmington Friends School, the Lancaster Housing Development at Villanova University, the LeBow School of Business at Drexel University, and the Northwest Campus Student Housing at UCLA.
Away from the studio, he can frequently be found investigating Fairmont Park and along the Schuylkill River Trail with his wife and two children—when he should be spending more time working on his 100-year-old rowhouse.
Bradley earned his Master’s degree from the Yale School of Architecture.
